Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimums, no surprises. Free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Shipping calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Delays

Nokkenhole is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
