Nokkenhole July Concert Giveaway – Official Rules

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, immediate family members, and household members of Nokkenhole LLC are not eligible to win.

Entry Period

The giveaway begins on July 12, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 26, 2026.

How to Enter

Participants may enter by completing the giveaway signup form via the QR code available at Nokkenhole's July concert events.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be removed.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Nokkenhole game board.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $219.00 USD.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted except at the Sponsor's discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The drawing will take place within five (5) days after the Entry Period ends. The winner will be notified using the email address provided during entry. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Nokkenhole LLC permission to use the winner's first name and state of residence for promotional purposes related to this giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway and to send occasional emails from Nokkenhole. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Nokkenhole LLC from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
